Have you got any experience as follow?
When someone's talking to you in English and you're so busy thinking about how you're going to respond and and express yourself correctly,and you don't actually hear what the other person said.
When you're speaking English, your mind sort of shuts down and vocabularies you do know just disappears.
We would notice that 96% of those conversations involved non-native English speakers, only 4% of those conversations are native speaker to native speaker.
Some people go to English class, they are filled with dread because it is all about not screwing up. The success in English is measured by how few mistakes they made.
Some of them think what good proper English is supposed to what they are sounded like, and they also felt like they were like bad English speaker.
There are other people whose English level is not very high, they could just sit and listen to anybody very calmly clearly and then they could respond and express his thoughts beautifully .
When they go into an English conversation, they don’t feel judged, they’re entirely focused on the person that they’re speaking to and the result they want to get. They have got no self-awareness, no thoughts about his own mistakes.
How well somebody communicates in English actually has very little to do with their English level, it has a lot to do with their attitude towards English.
English is not an art to be mastered it's just a tool to use to get a result.
